No Internet

Wifi says connected but I've no Internet , Sky Phone app says I've been restricted please pay bill , But Direct debit is paid and in the bill history it says paid .

@Pops+50 Bill history always say's it is paid by default until they go to get the money from your DD then that is when issues appear, better to take a look on your banking side to see that sky have managed to get the payment required as a first step! If it is a mistake should be quick to fix!
