Fibre broadband

Just to be aware Sky will not install fibre broadband to people with care lines. This is a new care line using SIM cards. I phoned the manufacturer they said it was compatible with fibre broadband but because of health and safety sky cannot install it.

Similar posts suggest that's currently Sky policy based on their interpretation of Ofcom guidance on the matter.  They don't appear to have a way to verify that an alarm system is independent of the broadband/'phone line'.
