Missing ont power cable

Hi, moved into a new property and the Ont box is missing its power cable. Does anyone know if I'm able to buy one? 

I can't call sky as the mobile signal is so poor so hoping to get some advice here.

@emmajane2 you have to contact Sky to get one ordered from Openreach to get a new powercsupply. DO NOT buy a power supply yourself as if you damage the ONT younwill be charged.
