Every morning our Ultrafast fibre drops out for about 30 mins. This means our security cameras go offline. Can anybody give me some indication as to what is going on please?

Yes, it seems to be. This has been happening for a couple of years, even before we switched to fibre. Just thought it was the camera system that had a problem. My wife has been ill for a few days and sitting up at night and she noticed the internet goes down and she has to use her phone as a hotspot.

When you say you have fibre broadband, do you have full fibre to the property, or just fibre broadband as that is fibre to the cabinet in the street and copper wire to you house and your router will be plugged in to the open reach box with the phone socket aswell, if you have full fibre to the property then you will have an o n t box in the house and a grey open reach box outside the house

Think you misunderstood stood me sky full fibre has 3 different bundles the first is 134mps, the second is 500mps and the three is 900mps , I am on full fibre to the property at 500mps, with a 55inch sky glass tv , you can if you have Netflix go on there go to get help, go to check your network and do a speed test
