When your Sky Q box is installed, it's set to Eco. This is the recommended setting as the box consumes less energy by going into low power mode between 2.30am and 5:45am

If the main Q box is in its low power mode then neither it or any Mini boxes will be acting as wireless hotspots (and the 'Q mesh' will drop) so any WiFi client devices using that functionality for their connection will go offline.

Yes it sounds like Eco mode is causing your issue.

Thanks everybody, I have changed to Active and see what happens in the morning.👍

Has been two days without a drop out since changing the Q box settings. So big thanks to all who suggested this was the issue.
