Fault on line

hi,

 

new to sky broadband, seems to be fine and wifi connecting but no internet. Been on holiday and fault showing on Openreach box in property.

help please

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

If there isn't try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

That's not indicating a broadband fault (the broadband LEDs at upper left are fine) : it's telling you the batteries in the separate BBU (Battery Backup Unit) are no longer capable of holding charge.
