FaceTime Disconnecting on Sky Wi-Fi – Any Fixes?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been experiencing persistent Wi-Fi disconnections whenever I use FaceTime on my Sky broadband connection. As soon as I start a call, my Wi-Fi repeatedly disconnects and reconnects, making it impossible to maintain a stable conversation.
Some key points:
- The issue occurs only on Wi-Fi (Sky broadband).
- When I switch to mobile data only, FaceTime works perfectly.
- I’ve tried resetting network settings, forgetting and reconnecting to Wi-Fi, and disabling Wi-Fi Assist, but nothing has helped.
- Other apps seem to work fine on Wi-Fi; it’s just FaceTime that struggles.
Has anyone else encountered this problem on Sky Wi-Fi? Any potential fixes or router settings I should check?
