My internet is extremely slow and now can't watch tv or do much on my mobile. The devices keep disconnecting from the wi-fi

@Kellyw3 sounds like poor wifi signal level in those parts of your home. The lsyout of your home and how it is built affect the wifi siignal levels. As a startvcheck the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surface so it is above radiators etc which block the signal. Beyond that you are into requiring additional wifi sources as in many homes a single Sky hub cannot providecenough signal to stream video etc in every room. You can buy Sky's WiFi max add-on see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max which can provideupmto extenders or but your own wifi equipment which can work out cheaper innthe long run.
