How does the order process work for a current Sky Broadband customer?

This should not change your end date of your minimum term contract with Sky. But you might have to wait a number of weeks for the database to catch up until you are able to order FTTP.

Thanks, so I will eventually be able to order it through the Sky App and not via Openreach?
