Extremely slow wifi but speed tests say its fine. Long term issue

I have been expereincing extremely slow wifi for over 12 months now. My speed tests say its fine, as does sky. Its so slow I cannot connect to teams meetings on my laptop. Working from home has become impossible. I have screenshot my router diagnostics below:

@Etimms89  What you have posted the community can't use, please can you post your router stats so the forum can advise on any issues. This link explains how to do that https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717#

@Etimms89  You've posted the same image which isn't your router stats, have you followed the steps to the very end as per the link posted?

@Etimms89

For starters give your router a reboot as its been up for 2 months.

I notice you are on ADSL broadband which is becoming quite outdated and certainly is not appropriate to be WFH on. Is there no Fibre available to you?

@Etimms89

In that case you may want to consider using ethernet to WFH on as it'll make the most of your connection

Hi @jamesn123,

I will try my ethernet. If this doesnt work and neither does the reboot - do you think there is any point in trying a different modem?

A different router could improve the WiFi experience slightly but not drastically.
