Eufy ring bell

Apparently I need my broadband to be 2.4ghz so my doorbell will work!!

Thank you I tried using the info, don't seem to have the option  to untick synchronise 2.4 and 5ghz.  Once I have logged into 192etc.    Might have to call sky

Thank you,  I'm not the most technical

Person,  I will try again, but this time on my computer and not my iPhone,  the option to untick is definitely not there, son looked as well.  😀

Looking at the same options on my computer as phone 

wireless network

Wireless access point

wireless station access list (saying. Set up access list) 

and 

security optionss

 

none of the above have the option to sync /split 2.4 or 5ghz

 I am missing something I know it.   Tried everting to find this option

@Lizbeano_ If you have a Sky Q hub, then you have the ability to name the 2.4ghz or the 5Ghz bands different 

In the WAP wireless access point there is a box that says synchronise, uncheck the blue tick box for it to NOT have them together, go change the 5G band and add                  _5G to the back off the name save and apply the changes, reboot the hub and you will see both names as example jimsky and jimsky_5G
