Ethernet Ports not working, cant connect freeview box

Checked several cables, restarted everything multiple times...where the cable plugs in there is a small orange and green light....is there a fix for this....thanks in advance

@Madnik  The lights are normal but would suggest the freeview box does not have a gigabit port or the cable is the incorrectb type for gigabit.  are the cables your using wired with 4 or 8 cables strands?

 

You can set the poert ton fast ethernet by accessing the hub setting menu.
