Red los light on openreach, no Internet on hub
I have a red light on the los on the open reach (isp?) And then no Internet light on the router. So no Internet working, how do I fix this?

@Tk205 you can't fix it as the red indicator means there is no optical signal reaching the ONT. To fix the optical network is a job for an Openreach engineer which requires you to report the fault to Sky. I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
