Hi, I am moving into a new flat soon and I am trying to set up NOW powered by sky broadband, but when I select my flat I get an error message, however, when I select every other flat in the building it lets me go through to the next page. It doesnt matter what provider I try to look at whether it be sky, NOW, EE, virgin etc. I keep getting the same error message.
As it lets me through to the next stage when selecting other flats, its clear to see that the service is being provided to the building and this appears to be an issue with the website itself.
Is there a number I can call to get NOW wifi set up?
