Internet dropping

Doing a check say OK but my devices are say there is no Internet connection ( dropping in and out ) this has been doing it for the last 4 day

This has also been happening to me since Thursday night.  I check the service status on my phone and it says there are no issues in my area which doesn't help.  I also have a black router, which I have unplugged and restarted.  If it continues into next week I will look at switching providers as I work from home and I need a reliable internet conenction.

I'm having this exact problem have been for weeks I cannot get hold of a person to get it rectified either.
