I upgraded my speed from 38 to 66 using the basic broadband router and I was getting the top speeds of 65/66 . Then I upgraded the router to Sky Max I have had problems ever since speeds going down to 45 a Bt engineer out who got the speeds back up again Today the speeds went down to 43 I rang sky they said no problem . I just check it again on sky test your settings oh theirs a problem we have book you an engineer in two days time . With Sky Max Broadband they say evening and weekend call outs I wish I had never changed over to Sky Max So beware.
