Hi I've got a appointment for an engineer to arrive 10am-12 I'm still waiting for my engineer it's gone past 12 and nobody has arrived

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreProbably delayed at an earlier appointment. Unfortunately even if you call Sky the agent is unlikely to be able to give you an update and can't contact the engineer allocated to your job.
