Hi my TV keeps dropping the signal for a few minutes then comes back. I have checked all connection all seems fine.

Can you exoplain more, What signal are you referring to as TV's can get a signal from numerous sources, is this a Glass TV or a different TV?  Is this a Sky stream related setup or SkyQ (satellite box)?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
