Please send a Engineer to instal the New Broadband Sky have sent me as I cannot do it myself Caroldawkin

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.
Was this a replacement hub for an older router such as the Sky Q hub? If so Sky don't send an engineer for this.
