Please Cancel My Account

I paid my outstanding balance to close my account after moving home, tried calling multiple numbers and it's AI answering that does not direct me to speak to a Person, then I finally spoke to someone but he was uterrly useless and DID NOT HELP MY SITUATION.

 

Please cancel my account, or simply add option SO USERS can cancel their accounts if they NEED To

 

You can't forbid me to cancel my account but expect to keep paying?

@VICIOUS  No one on the communuty can cancel anything for you, you need to call Sky to do this.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Have they given a reason for this?

 

You say you moved but where you in a minimum term at the time, did you not book a home move?
