Awful connection

Feel like in this day and age they should have better connection. It's far too slow, loses connection and sick of being told its fine or made to feel like I'm wrong.

Last person I spoke to said maybe a different company could offer better??? How? I have the same phone line and no fibre.  I can't watch Netflix or prime, can't use laptop.

We are constantly using hot-spot, it's beyond ridiculous. 

There is just 2 people in this house but we have phones, Xbox, sky Q ... come on for God's sake
