I'm awaiting an engineer visit to connect my broadband after an arrival time

@Ryanmo93  Your post has been moved from  the Sky Glass forunm as this is not the correct forum for Broadband queries.

 

In addition as customers we have no access to your account so are unable to confirm the time the Broadband Engineer will arrive, you should have been given either an AM or PM appointment.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You may get a call from the engineer to say they're on the way but it's not guaranteed and he/she may have been delayed at a previous job.
