Currently a Sky fibre customer - Can I switch to NOW Full Fibre 100 powered by SKY?
I am currently with Sky with 75mb speed. I got a recent email saying my prices are going up so I will be on £26.50 from 1st April 2024. Now Full fibre 100 powered by Sky is 100mb 18 months no setup fee and £24. Can I switch to them even though I am a current Sky customer? I went through the online process and got as far as entering email details but tripped out and says to call Sky.

I believe that Now cannot sell full fibre contracts to existing Sky customers.
At least when I tried just now that's what came up...

Sky do the same full fibre 100Mbps package for their own customers
you should be able to switch from sky to now if you want but you would need to have a new telephone number assigned
