Empty box delivered
I took delivery of my sky max hub. The Royal Mail driver explained the seal on the boxwas broken and the box was empty. It's could not find somewhere online to notify Sky about this. The engineer is due in 2 days to install the fibre cable. Can they still connect it without the hub being available.

Yes: you just won't be able to make use of the broadband itself.
