@Jenjo50 although I think it is unlikely to be the cause check the Sky Broadband Shield setting which defaults to age 13 on new connections and change it or remove it entirely to see if that helps. Assuming thst Sky have finished your set up sign into the My Sky app using the Sky id linked to the account and go to product settings.
