Sky Max

I now have a sky max hub, but it isn't showing in my products on the my sky app, so I can't alter any settings! Does anyone have any ideas?

When did you get the hub?

 

It can take my sky a few days to update the correct settings

The hub has to update the firmware and the app after that for it to get full functionality
