Cannot connect anything to internet though the tests say everything looks good and there's no outages in the area. Have tried restarting our router with no joy. EH16 area.

I'm in EH21 and having issues with connecting to Internet since about 9pm. All the online checks are coming back OK but I have no Internet. Of course it happens right at 9pm when they close!

We have the exact same issue. We live at EH7. My sky app keeps saying everything is working but only have 2 green lights on our sky hub, one for power ans one for wifi. Iv tried resetting it and made sure all I plugged in with no results.

Ours went down sometime after 9pm so sounds related! Annoying to say the least - especially on a Friday evening. That's for replaying

Same here, bang on 9pm, Sky website saying that everything's fine when it's not...

Another vote for problems in EH15 occurring around 9pm.
Sky app saying all ok but the router light is off for the 'internet' and also orange light for 'talk'.

My internet stopped working over an hour ago done the tests online and it says my hubs Wi-Fi it switched off I've tried everything to get back on nothing is working and I can't speak to anyone

Another one for EH15, just get green light for power and WiFi on my router but nothing is working. On my devices I do get the little WiFi sign appearing but that's a red herring, it's not working at all.
