Dyson Air Purifier

I am trying to connect a Dyson Air Purifier to my router using WiFi but failing as Purifier only uses 2.4 GHz. Is there a fix for please please?

@Andy8998 What sky hub are you using, the black or the white one, linked below for both, whichever way you need to go, but Temp switch off the 5Ghz if using max, connect the device then switch on the 5Ghz again once connected!
