@D15FYF When it happens what do you see, lights change anywhere etc, what do you do to fix, nothing just leave it alone as an example!

- All lights remain on the hub and I just leave it and it sorts itself out but happens quite alot over the passed 4 to 5 weeks

@D15FYF Have a look at the link below, see if you feel comfortable to follow it and if so post your stat's up same as you see on the link, may give an idea to what is possibly going on before we send you down the rabbit hole just give it a minute to fill in all the data fields! If too much then just say, not everyones cup off tea!

Well I don't think that's for me! You don't pay money for a service to have to try fix it yourself.!but this morning for example the broadband has full signal and yet it's a poor connection with all devices and use mobile data instead of wifi

Perhaps note that ISPs are under no obligation to fix WiFi issues: their contractual remit ends with the broadband connection to the router.

@D15FYF No problem with your reply, the next step is a call to sky for you, see what they can do over the phone as the starting point and just take it from there!
