Dropping out

I've changed to Sky  about 3 weeks 

every thing keeps dropping out including 

my TV

my wife advised her laptop was continuously dropping connection and I've been on it today and 

my Laptop has constantly dropped connection on works and also on teams both laptop and I'm iPhone the reception is poor on my phone 

it's all reports everything is fine when you test connection to the house. We have plug in WiFi booster with 2 now in the living room still have the issue I'm serious thinking of changing we can't continue as my wife works from home 3 mornings a week

@shuttyj having 2 wifi boosters in one room is lijely to make things worse not better so remove one. A lot depends on which "boosters" you have as ideally they need to be matched to the hub so they dont interfere. Sky supply matched extenders as part of their WiFi Max bundle. These are best placed roughly half way between the hub and where you need the boost - typically on a hall or on a landing. You can check the best position by using an app like WiFi sweetspots on your phone which shows wifi speed to the hub is real time as you move round your home.

 

Also make sure the hub is in the best pisition which is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators.
