Broadband connection drops for a couple of seconds then comes back on

I have a new install and everything was working fine until a week ago when the signal started dropping for a couple of seconds then coming back on.

In normal use you wouldn't notice but when streaming a movie or on a temas call it's very annoying.

i have restarted everything but to no avail.

Any ideas?

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
