Dreadful broadband speed

Our broadband has been very slow and patchy (9mbs on speedchecker!) for a couple of days. Checked with others on local fb groups and loads of people having issues. Sky broadband checker says there's no problems

@1egohead  hi. Using 'speedtest' app on iPad and phone to test the WiFi.  Was down at 9mbs download yesterday!!

Just to clarify, are these speed tests on Wifi or Ethernet?

Also check https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus to see if there are any outages within your local area!
