hope you can help
my broad band keeps stopping and freezing my devices. This has persisted for the last two months. All times of the day.
I have reset the system several times and the problem come back after an hour or two.
I have the same number of devices I have always had
I feel this product is not fit for purpose compared to my previous suppliers I have never been happy with it. From day one. This is Not the usual quality sky product.

I've had exactly the same problem today! Have full fibre the past 2.5 years with zero issues really but now today it keeps dropping! Turned router off & on but didn't help. My Sky app says everything is fine with connection & no issues in my area so what the hell is going on 😆
