my broadband speed is 1 meg up and even less down when i asked about it before i was told to turn it

when i use my broadband it is so slow that looking on amazon everything is out of date i was advised to turn the router off and turn it back on because to many people were on a channel, surely that is not normal it is becoming a right pain

@caroline1958 rebooting a Sky hub will cause it to find the least congested WiFi channel so thst is sensible sdvice if the issue is slow WiFi in your home. Two or more networks onn the same orcadjacent WiFi channels are likely to interfere one with the other causing a slow down and delaysxas data packets are lost.

This kind of issue is very common in blocks of flats where 8 or more betworks are within range.
