Try switching off both the Sky Max hub and the Openreach ont at the mains.
Wait 5 minutes.
Switch on ont and wait till it shows 2 green (or yellow) lights, then switch on Sky hub.
Once White light is shown goto mysky app and choose Broadband then service checker to see if everything looks okay. You can test broadband (click on Sky broadband>>>test my broadband) to check speed to your hub. If its around the 500mbps range and your wifi speed test checks are still 200 mbps it could be the device your doing the speed test on is limiting WiFi speeds.
