Download speed

Hi there,

i Joined yourselves on the 12th March with the gigafast download speed of 900mbps I've done speed test and it's coming up with 52.99 mbps which is nowhere near what it should be on my sky app it's saying it's fine but I've used a different app for a speed test and found the speed is ridiculously low which is unacceptable. 
what can be done about this please?

@KanoH1  first of all which device are you using to run these speed tests with and how is it connected to your network?
