Good Afternoon can I be added to this please as I have the same issue, my VOIP phone does not work and my VOIP provider has told me it is down to the SIP ALG being enable, it used to work fine with the white hun

You need to ring Sky, some know about it some don't, I'm sure by now they will have had plenty of calls. You need ask them to disable the SIP-ALG. The request will be sent to the technicians and they normally have it sorted within 72hrs I think mine ended up being 48hrs.
