I open and subscribed to smy broadband over two months ago and till date it's not been installed. 3 engineers had come ro do an assessment of my apartment Installation is due today, only for the engineer to say my apartment is flat-roofed and that he can't do it. Another specialist has to be the one to do it.
Meanwhile it's over two months I subscribed and do not v broadband. I want to cancelled and also need an active email for sky support ibcan write/vent to for cancellation
