DREADFUL SUPPORT FROM SKY

I have a visit to connect my new sky broadband. They haven't shown up? Supposed to be here before 1pm. I have tried to track and link doesn't work. Tried the virtual chat and it is programmed wrongly and is circular and gets no where. I have tried calling and cuts off and doesn't all ow the call to go through. WHAT TO DO?

 

looks like CANCELLING THIS IS MY ONLY OPTION !

@Feather You still have to call to cancel so you are aware!

To make matters worse the engineer finally arrived and check the cables... no cables !
