It does appear to be an issue with whomever hosts the website. Dns checks are reporting domain name does not exist. So not a sky issue

Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 43 inch UHD tv, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

There appear to be cached results lower down the DNS tree, so the site resolved for me on its second attempt (over a BT Business Broadband link which uses BT DNS first and then fails over to Google DNS)

It's the nameserver for the domain that's the issue, not the webserver providing the site hosting.  The site is there, but browers can't find it because the domain name isn't resolving properly.

He is now in a quandry..I dont know how you found this out <g> All I can say are that there are some clever people around..

I can access the site so the issue may have been fixed. You likely need to reboot your Sky hub & your device for the DNS changes to take effect

I am NOT a Sky Employee

That might be a clue they are a bit busy ; )

I'd suggest not worrying about it for a while: typically such issues get resolved without customer intervention.

DNS resolution is not the same for everyone: it depends on lots of factors, including which ISP they are with and their own router and client device configuration.
