Continual wi-fi issues behind my router

My router is never losing connection, but my sky Q box is continually doing so.

At first it was via wi-fi, now after I have changes from wi-fi to cable, every half an hour or so it's dropping internet.

For some reason, that's dropping a lot of devices on my network offline - possibly because some devices are acting as a mesh setup.

I've called for help 5 times to sky, nothing forthcoming - I've been offered an upgrade by way of a booster, which is totally inappropriate as the signal is totally fine - and also an upgrade to sky cinema for £9 a month (really?)

I've asked for escalation but I am getting nowhere with sky.

What can I do next?  Devices are being kicked off the network on a half hour basis, and I'm confident it's the sky Q box at fault as it loses connection every few minutes, but no other devices are having the same issue - I think the devices falling off the network are the ones connected via that through the mesh system.

Sky analysts seem to dismiss all my assertations and concerns.

@skoconnor can you post your hub's stats as a first step in trying to work out what is going wrong?. Do you have any Q minis? Are there any managed switches or other devices thst might cause issue with the routing in your network?

Sky Q normally works well in simple domestic networks but can throw issues where there are complications.  Excluding those factors is a first step in getting your issue dealtvwith.
