New sky max hub set up. Cannot find the parental control option. Have removed the app and downloaded it twice and yet, still it's not showing on the app. Slowly losing the will to live and have lots of devices to sort out.

Repeated posts in this forum suggests there's a lag of up to a few days between the Max Hub arriving at a subscription address and the My Sky app relating to the account being populated with the necessary tabs.

The hub needs to update the firmware and then the app should update itself to show the correct features
the annoying thing with the max hub is the single led compared to the 4 on the old hub so it's harder to tell if it's doing anything in the background compared to the earlier boxes

I have also lost it off my app and I had it last night. I've had sky since December. I don't know what's going on but I can't turn on the WiFi for my sons laptop as I turned it off last night.
