Constant no xonnectikn

I have taken photos every day for two weeks and there is no connection for hours at a time. I need this fixed

@Charlesgrace  Have you tried to run the service checker and then run a broadband test to see if it finds the external fault. Have you reported this to Sky so that they can follow this up for to get fixed?
