Connectivity with Nord VPN
Since I received my hub Max I have been unable to connect to my NORD VPN. The sky network apparently made changes remotely svs instructed me to turn off for an hour however no change. I then turned off broadband shield and lowered wifi security to the lowest WP2. Nothing worked. Sky told me to contact VPN provider which I did and they have tried all protocols without success. I switched back to my previous black hub 4.2 and straight away my VPN worked. Any suggestions how I can get the connection with my new hub max? Thanks

@Sam+Londonderry Have you seen and read the pinned post about using VPN on a sky Max hub?

I read a post about putting it on the sky router itself but that's not what I'm looking to do. I use VPN in several devices which connect to the hub. Maybe you could pin the conversation. Thanks for the reply

Thanks for this @JimM1 . The author of this Kev was the network person who contacted me after I submitted the form to state the team had updated my routers. I'll go back via his link again and see. I'll also feed that additional tunnel reduction info back to my VPN provider. Thanks again

@Sam+Londonderry What is your device mtu at, this has nothing to do with Nord VPN and highly unlikely that they will do anything!
If yout hub has been adjusted then your devices would reflect the change!
