My Sky Broadband was connected on 29.08.24 although downstairs is find, the signal on the first and loft rooms are weak. I am having connectivity problems when l am using my Chromebook to work. Please can you sort it out

Sky is sending a booster, hence l am hoping this will sort out the problem, Thank you for responding
