Connection

Wifi connection problem. Phone/PC can't detect the WiFi and signal lost so many time during day and night time. During meeting the wifi signal lost again.

@JeffYau if your phone and PC are distant from the location of your hub you will need a WiFi extender. Sky only supply these if you buy their WiFi Max add--on see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

In that case ethernet cable is preferable (with a USB to ethernet converter if the device doesn't have an ethernet port)

 

Doing this also establishes if the issue is actually WiFi-related or elsewhere (such as the external broadband circuit)
