I have spoke about it before with yourselves when the engineer came to set up the router he said it would be fine in the office downstairs but it has been worse than ever I am at the point where I am going to look elsewhere I have been with sky for over 13 years can you move the router to the middle floor of my house

In practice depending on the type of connection you have that may not be the best solution.as in homes with more than 2 floors it is rarely possible to get reasonable wifi coverage with a single free Sky hub. My own home has 3 levels and I found buying a three unit third party WiFi mesh system gives me decent speeds (over 200Mb/s) in rooms distant from the hub.
