Connection
Won't let me connect my mobile's devices to my WiFi. The hub says it's working but when i use web sites it kicks me off and switches over to my mobile data. It has work before. And to marks the 2 week of going live with yourselves

I understand that this must be frustrating for you so I would like to try some troubleshooting. Can you please confirm the make and model of the device/s you are trying to contect to your Sky Broadband please?
If we determine that the issue is on Sky's end it would be best to get an engineer out to look at your router incase it needs replaced.
