No no they don't but tv phones and ipads keep freezing and it's starting to get anouying and it'd joy not kazey its not in kazey so don't know how kazey as come up

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
Can you run this before turning things off and back on to see if it picks up any faults.

Says we got a connection problem but sky experts phone line is not answering so are phone tomorrow but I'm paying for sky and its been like this over a week this isn't on there's loads of times I've phoned regarding this for a year or more it needs sorting or I'm going to have to go with a different supplier and I've been with sky for years but can't put up with my program freezing tablets freezing and Internet not contacting with phones

My connection changed from a consistent 25mB to an apparently consistent 5.6mB on 21st Sept. The broadband checker confirms there's a problem, says let's fix it, runs all the tests and says all's we'll - but it's still 5.6mB (download around 2mB, upload 4-5mB!) - what's going on? Yo8 area.

Strangely when we got up this morning it was back up around 24mB - coincidence???
