We have sky broadband fibre. The last few weeks it has been dropping out and loosing WiFi connection.
the only way to get it back is restart the router.
however, tonight when turned off it wont connect to the internet (WiFi signal to devices are there).

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jadewillow run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile as that will tell you if there is a known fault affecting your line. If that is clear call Sky and report the fault.
